Maintenance, repair and installation of HVAC, Electrical and Fabric services.

TRS work with a Tier 1 service provider to maintain, repair and install HVAC, Electrical and Fabric services

These works are carried out in a variety of premises by our staff who have all undergone DBS checks.

As part of the ongoing contract delivery improvements TRS now have access to the Tier 1 providers CAFM system in order to streamline the reporting process and provide information in a timely manner regarding the maintenance, reactive and fixed costs works.
