MAINTENANCE

The importance of maintaining the built environment assets has never been more important. The protection of the assets for statuary and financial peace of mind is paramount to ensuring the environment people live and work in is conducive to their wellbeing.

MECHANICAL

The mechanical works include the installation and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. We also install and maintain heating and ventilation equipment. The works are managed by our mechanical managers and are delivered by our in-house mechanical engineers.

ELECTRICAL

The Electrical section of TRS was established in 2010 with the award of our NICEIC accreditation carry out electrical maintenance works to SFG20 standards as well as electrical installations and project works. The works are managed by our Electrical qualifying manager and are delivered by our in-house electricians.

FABRIC

The Fabric project and maintenance division range from small fabric works and replacement projects, to complete project works and our managed by our Fabric Manager, and delivered by our own team of in-house carpenters, maintenance professionals and  and skilled craftsmen.

TRS was started in 1980 as a refrigeration and air conditioning company serving customers in north Kent and was based in Belvedere. The decline in our traditional industrial customer base has prompted changes to the services we deliver and the markets we now work in. We have expanded the mechanical service delivery and added the electrical and fabric service provisions over the last fifteen years. In 2010 we bought and fitted out our current offices in Dartford which include stores and workshop to accommodate our expansion. We are members of a number of trade bodies as well as maintain accreditations for all aspects of our mechanical, fabric and electrical service delivery.
